Sue Deacon did an incredible job under extremely difficult circumstances. This was a foreclosure property, and Sue was forced to deal with the bank and its agent through a maze of problems. She even had to attend town meetings and deal with town officials over the property's septic system which was installed incorrectly, then approved by the town. Sue handled everything with ease. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is truly the only agent in any of our property deals that actually worked for us, and she went above and beyond. Without her, we would never have been able to complete this deal. She deserved both commissions on this deal.
